Life Mastery System Review

It's funny isn't it?

When you are really up against it, when the chips are well and truly down and everything you (thought you) held dear is on the line...how you can turn it around.

If nothing else I am a dogged old sort. I am persistent and I never give up, like the proverbial dog with a bone. Admirable qualities I am told.

However, back in 2001, I was on the floor. My recruitment business had collapsed in the aftermath of 9/11 and I had to put two people, who had become very close to me, out of work.The worst day of my life by far.

Not only that, from having all the trappings (fast car, nice house and plenty of sunshine holidays), I was suddenly in debt...a huge amount of debt, unsustainable debt as I wasn't earning any money all of a sudden.

So, form having "it all", I was suddenly in one whole lot of trouble because a banker decided my business was not sustainable any more and called in the overdraft (that they had told me would be extended two days previously - but that's another story for another day - bankers - pah!)

So, what should I do?

The options were simple, curl up on the floor and let the course of events unravel or...fight back!

So, being that determined sort, I decided I wasn't going to be a victim (especially not of a bank) so I got up and dusted myself down. I started to fight back, very slowly at first, but I started to fight back!

The first thing I did was get out all of the resources I had. Positive Mental Attitude books, Management Books and training courses. Sales books and training courses. Biographies of the rich and famous (business people) and...I started to read and digest - making copious notes.

I looked for common elements in success stories and tried to find the essence of success.

At the same time I took a long hard look at corporate world and decided I never wanted to go back there.

In was going to start my own business but it had to be different. I isolated three key qualities my business should have...they were.

1. It had to be just me! I didn;t want to be responsible for others again, or be responsible to anyone else.
2. It had to proivde enough money for me to enjoy the lifestyle I wanted...and I wasn't skimping!
3. It had to give me back time. I wasn't going to be put in that typical "corporate world" scenario of the job owning me - which when I looked back, it had and I lost so much because of it!

I also started looking for the true essence of what money actually is and how it works. This was the key element in the system I was starting to build.

You see, most people don't understand money at even the most basic level. And I quickly relaised that I had completely failed to understand it too!

In the meantime, I had researched Internet Marketing and realised the trend towards online business and that it is a business that can be run by just one person.

However, the learning curve was horrendous.

So, I was quickly confronted with the information overload problem and I found my time being sucked away.

That's when I had an epiphany!

I realised that if you could break money down to it's most basic component parts and then interlock those "movements" with time...it was possible to build powerful money-making systems with ease!

You see, most people really don't understand time or money.They don't understand the nature of these two key facets of money making.

And, traditional diary and project management systems are part of that failure mentality. These systems do not break things down to the most basic level and that's why they constantly fail!

Schools don't teach this stuff so unless you find out yourself, you just never know. You see successful people and wonder how they do it! Well I can tell you they use systems like the one I have developed!

So,with my new found insight, I put the first incarnation of the Life Mastery System together in late 2003 and I was going to apply it to my new business model.

It didn't work very well at first, I'll happily admit that. So I went back and researched some more and tweaked and fine tuned.

The next project was a little more successful so I fine tuned a little more and had a reasonable success with project three.

Something was still not quite right though.

It was in the middle of 2005 I learned how the hugely successful money /power giants (Branson, Mittal, Soros, Abramovich, Trump) make time work for them. Yes, you have to break down every project or indeed task down to it's most basic money-making "movements", that was given, I understood that.

What I was missing was I didn't have the interlocking with time right.

When I found out the answer it was so simple I kicked myself.

You simply need to make sure that once the tasks are at that very basic level the time allocation is by the basic groupings depending on how much time is needed to complete each task group daily!

Now that may sound confusing here, but once you get into the Life Mastery System it's all made very clear and simple to understand. In fact it's like a Eureka moment when you see it!

That Eureka moment was incredible. I now knew how the money-power giants of the world, The Bransons, Mittals and Trumps organised their time...and it's so simple!

The second half of 2005 was rather good and I built a number of money-making projects that earned very well. Indeed some are still running, on autopilot earning money today!

at this stage I have to admit I thought the system was complete.

Until, at Christmas 2005 I met one of the money-power giants in person. I was proudly going on about my system and he gently smiled at me.

Ummm, I thought, he's looking at me with, is it pity?

Then he dropped a bombshell!

The first thing is that I did have the pieces I had right! (Phew).

The breaking down of everying to componenet task level, the setting aside of time slots for task groups, was all spot on.

What I hadn't understood was how to virtually (nothing is 100% certain) ensure success with every business project I turned my hand to.

As I have said, most people, when they look at a money-making project don't have the ability to fully understand the project at any level.

And, I understand that it is difficult. I now realise this is where I fell down on so many money-making schemes, not knowing this key pience of information has cost me thousands over the years!

When you look at a business or money-making project, do you...

• Look at the finished project in your mind?
• Break each task in the project down to the very basic level?
• Build the project back up into a coherent and powerful money-generating plan?

Probably not!

Don't worry 95% of people don't. Not even people employed as project managers, not even 95% of business owners and entrepreneurs.

You see this is the icing on the cake of this system. The ability to look into the future and see a finished project. Once you can see a finished project you only need to apply a couple of simple techniques and you suddenly have a very powerful plan for...
